At Bizuu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Bizuu account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
